Founder & CEO

As founder & CEO, Tom leverages 3 years of experience in career development and innovation to drive our vision. With a passion for empowering students, fresh graduates and young professionals, he has mentored and provided career consultations in law, finance, tech and healthcare that have earned young professionals coveted opportunities locally and internationally.

Professionally, he is a rising star in technology law and a PMO Assistant supporting the government of Cape Verde in implementing digital transformation initiatives funded by the World Bank.

Prior to his role, Tom was a research fellow at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, Washington DC and completed internships at Templars, Banwo & Ighodalo, AELEX, and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) Italy, among others.

He holds a Bachelors of Law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Gladys Ogo

Operations & Client Relations

Gladys is the linchpin at CareerEx, expertly bridging the gap between our clients, career experts, and consultants.
